Client Responsibilities

- Review and approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
Payment Terms
Fees, payment schedules, and billing terms are outlined in individual client agreements or invoices. Late payments may result in paused work until accounts are brought current.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive rights to the final deliverables created specifically for their project, unless otherwise agreed. Growmmerce Edge retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials, unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Growmmerce Edge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Marketing and growth results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, platform changes, and client execution, and are not guaranteed.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the individual client agreement. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Growmmerce Edge operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
